About the Role
We are seeking a talented Digital Artist (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation and training initiatives focused on visual content creation, image understanding, artistic quality assessment, and creative design workflows.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated images, illustrations, concept art, graphic designs, digital compositions, and visual storytelling outputs. Your expertise will help evaluate, refine, and improve how AI systems generate and understand high-quality visual content across various artistic styles and creative applications.
Your contributions will directly support the development of AI technologies used in digital art creation, design tools, creative assistants, visual communication platforms, educational technologies, and multimedia content generation systems.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual deliverables within your area of artistic expertise
- Annotate, review, and evaluate AI-generated images, illustrations, graphics, and digital artwork
- Assess visual outputs for creativity, composition, aesthetics, accuracy, style consistency, and adherence to instructions
- Identify visual flaws, design inconsistencies, anatomical errors, rendering issues, or quality concerns in AI-generated artwork and provide structured feedback
- Support workflows involving digital illustration, concept art, character design, graphic design, visual storytelling, branding assets, and creative content development
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve annotation quality and evaluation consistency
- Contribute artistic expertise to improve AI systems focused on image generation, visual understanding, and creative design applications
- Document evaluation findings and provide detailed insights to support AI model improvement
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital art, illustration, graphic design, concept art, visual storytelling, or related creative work
- Proficiency with digital design and creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, Figma, Canva, Clip Studio Paint, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, perspective, and design principles
- Ability to critically evaluate visual content with exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with AI-generated artwork, generative AI tools, prompt-based image generation, or creative AI workflows is a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills in English
- Creative problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
