Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for a Digital Art Director. The Digital Art Director will be responsible for overseeing visual designs, creating branding assets, guiding graphic design projects, and providing art direction. The role also includes developing motion graphics and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Motion Graphics and Graphics creation
• Strong proficiency in Art Direction and Graphic Design
• Knowledge of Branding and developing visual identities
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to articulate creative ideas effectively
• Ability to collaborate across teams and deliver projects within tight deadlines
• Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Previous experience in advertising or design agencies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
