This is a remote position.


Shuru provides on-demand product leadership and strategic guidance to help businesses excel in technology and product strategy without the commitment of a Chief Product Officer or Chief Technology Officer. From leadership consulting to software delivery, our custom software development services specialize in end-to-end product development. With a team of experienced professionals, we navigate the complex world of technology to bring your vision to life.

THE MISSION

Own the engine that makes Shuru visible, credible, and discoverable to the exact founders, CTOs, and product leaders who need what we build. Not through ads or noise. Through sharp content, organic search, and genuine authority across every channel that matters in B2B tech today including where AI now answers questions first.


This is a greenfield, hands-on role. You will build the inbound function largely from scratch, work directly with the management, and be accountable for the pipeline not just traffic.



WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Inbound Growth & Pipeline

  • Build and scale the inbound lead engine quality pipeline, not vanity metrics

  • Run structured experiments across channels; kill fast, double down faster

  • Track MQLs,SQLs, meetings and content-attributed pipeline not just sessions


SEO & LLM Visibility

  • Build SEO strategy: keyword architecture, topical authority, technical hygiene

  • Improve Shuru's presence in AI-generated answers ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews

  • Create long-form assets optimised for search and buyer intent; iterate on rankings


LinkedIn & Social

  • Manage Shuru's LinkedIn company page with a consistent, compounding presence

  • Develop content for the founder and leadership personal LinkedIn profiles

  • Measure engagement quality: comments, DMs, and inbound interest from the right personas


Content Creation & Distribution

  • Plan and oversee short-form and long-form video scripting to distribution

  • Distribute across communities, newsletters, Slack groups, Reddit, niche forums

  • Build a repurposing system: one asset five distribution touchpoints


AI Tooling & Ops

  • Use AI tools aggressively for ideation, drafting, repurposing, and scaling output

  • Build repeatable playbooks and templates not heroic one-off sprints

  • Own the editorial calendar, content ops, tracking, and iteration end to end



Requirements

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

At 3-6 months, you'll have succeeded if:

  • Pipeline is growing. Qualified inbound leads from organic and content channels are up quarter over quarter. We measure SQLs, not sessions.
  • Shuru is findable. We rank for high-intent keywords and appear in at least one LLM search context relevant to our services.
  • LinkedIn works. Founders and CTOs are engaging commenting, sharing, reaching out not just scrolling past.
  • Content is systematic. A publishing rhythm exists. Output doesn't depend on individual heroics.
  • You're a trusted partner. You're in the room when messaging decisions are made not just executing what's passed down.
