We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Specialist with a strong background in data analytics, digital marketing, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Power BI, Python, SQL, GCP, and BigQuery, and a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive digital marketing performance and business growth. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and creativity to support our digital strategy through advanced analytics, reporting, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with digital marketing stakeholders to define analytical requirements and KPIs.
- Analyze media and digital performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI and Qlik Sense.
- Create analytical models such as forecasting, attribution, and segmentation.
- Build and optimize data pipelines using Python and SQL for reliable data flow.
- Identify and implement process improvements in data workflows.
- Communicate insights effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in digital analytics or related field.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Python, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools (e.g., BigQuery).
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, including paid search, social, display, SEO, and key metrics.
- Experience designing dashboards and reports with BI tools.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent data storytelling and communication skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree and certifications preferred.
