Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

The Digital Ad Sales role at HTDSL is responsible for driving revenue through the sale of digital advertising solutions across the company's platforms. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, strengthening brand partnerships, and monetising digital inventory through strategic advertising solutions. It requires strong commercial acumen to convert market opportunities into sustainable revenue streams. The position plays a key role in expanding digital ad sales while delivering measurable value to advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive digital advertising revenue by identifying, prospecting, and converting new business opportunities
  • Build and manage strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brand partners to maximise revenue potential
  • Develop and present customised digital advertising solutions aligned with client marketing objectives
  • Execute end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Brand Studio, operations, and ad operations to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with clients to optimise outcomes and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising formats to identify new monetisation opportunities
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and documentation of all commercial agreements
  • Key Specifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, media sales, or online advertising solutions
    • Strong understanding of digital ad formats including display, video, native, and branded content integrations
    • Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and manage advertiser or agency relationships
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client engagement skills
    • Strong understanding of digital media metrics, campaign performance, and ad monetisation models
