We're seeking a results-driven Digital Ads Marketing Specialist to own and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, maximizing ROI, and scaling our digital presence through strategic ad management.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals
- Stay current with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns with proven results
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and performance tracking
Compensation: 8-12 LPA (flexible)
You must be able to have some PST overlap in your work hours (until 11 AM PST is ideal)
