Job Title: Manager Digital Ad Sales & Business Development (Branding)

Location: Gurgaon / Mumbai / Bangalore

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Specialization)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager Digital Ad Sales & Business Development (Branding) to drive revenue growth through key enterprise accounts and new client acquisitions. The role demands strong relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in the mobile digital advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key and enterprise accounts across multiple business units.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, and digital agencies.
  • Drive branding and performance revenue by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve sales targets through a strong focus on client retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Own the entire sales lifecyclefrom prospecting and pitching to campaign execution and closure.
  • Create compelling proposals and client presentations, clearly showcasing brand visibility and impact within the mobile digital ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal campaign performance.
  • Be proactive, outspoken, and creative in identifying new ideas to enhance customer experience and service standards.
  • Provide continuous market and client feedback to support product innovation and optimization.

What We're Looking For:

  • 35 years of experience in sales and business development within digital media, mobile advertising, ad tech, publisher networks, or technology-driven companies.
  • Strong understanding of mobile branding and performance advertising solutions.
  • Established relationships with digital agencies and key decision-makers (preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to roll up sleeves and get things done.
  • MBA or relevant higher qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.
