Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the client's business, brand positioning, and marketing objectives, and recommend suitable marketing strategies and solutions aligned with their goals.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as performance marketing, social media, design, to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage all communication, queries, and coordination effectively.
  • Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, including client onboarding, campaign planning, execution, review meetings, and exit formalities when applicable.
  • Ensure timely approvals, feedback, and deliverables between clients and internal teams to maintain project timelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure regular reporting and updates are shared with clients.
  • Conduct periodic performance review meetings with clients and recommend improvements or new growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships, high satisfaction, and account stability.

Skills & Requirements

  • Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.
  • Strong client servicing and account management skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing services such as social media, performance marketing, and online campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities.
