Job Title: Digital Account Manager Jewellery & Luxury Brands
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: 36 years in luxury/lifestyle/digital marketing, preferably with jewellery or fashion brands
Role Overview:
We're looking for a digitally-savvy, visually acute Digital Account Manager to lead content and campaign execution for our jewellery and luxury lifestyle clients. This role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with on-ground execution, has a strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour, and is deeply attuned to visual aesthetics across shoots, films, and social media.
You will be responsible for translating brand narratives into compelling digital contentfrom moodboards to DVCs to reelsand ensuring that execution across the board is seamless and aligned with brand tonality.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Lead the digital content strategy across Instagram, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Build monthly social media calendars with a balance of brand storytelling, campaign moments, and performance content
Partner with creative, styling, and production teams to develop strong visual campaigns aligned with seasonal and business goals
Stay on top of trends in luxury, jewellery design, and content formats
Visual Production & Shoot Planning
Ideate and create moodboards and shoot concepts for collections, campaigns, DVCs, and reels
Liaise with photographers, stylists, models, art directors, and editors
Be present on shoot floors to oversee execution, ensure creative fidelity, and troubleshoot in real-time
Manage post-production timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
Account & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams
Write briefs and guide designers and editors with clear, actionable input
Ensure all deliverables meet the brand's luxury standards and are executed on time
Regularly update the client on progress, insights, and performance
Performance & Reporting
Review analytics and performance of key content pieces
Suggest content optimizations and new ideas based on audience engagement and platform changes
Partner with paid media teams to ensure organic + paid synergy
Key Skills & Requirements:
36 years of experience in digital marketing/content for luxury, fashion, beauty, or jewellery brands
Proven experience in managing high-production shoots, DVCs, or digital films
Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, aesthetic sensibility, and luxury positioning
Hands-on with moodboarding tools (Pinterest, Milanote, Canva) and familiar with basic design principles
Strong project management and team coordination skills
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Knowledge of jewellery trends, craft narratives, and styling is a plus
Background in design, fashion communication, or luxury marketing is an advantage
Bonus If You Have:

Exposure to influencer campaigns and creator collaborations
Basic knowledge of video formats and editing workflows
