Diffusion Equipment Engineer

• Experience on 200 TEL Alpha 8se tool set is must.
• In-depth knowledge of diffusion furnace equipment and basic process knowledge.
• Responsible for Preventive and corrective maintenance of diffusion furnace equipment.
• Good understanding of control systems like SPC, tools and process alarm limits.
• Able to perform robot teaching, Temperature calibration using Flat zone TC jig.
• Maximize the uptime of equipment performance and troubleshoot equipment related problems.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, perform root cause analysis, and resolve process issues.
• Should have good
• Work closely with customers on the equipment and process related issues.
• Self-driven, and ability to work independently individually or in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Should be able to work in any shift and provide off shift coverage as needed.

• 6 to 10 years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance is must.
• Degree/ Diploma in engineering with relevant experience.
• Positive attitude good team player
• Understanding of sensors, actuators, pneumatics.
• Able to work in in rotating shifts.
• Good verbal written communication skills.
• Self-driven, and ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
• Good computer literature with expertise in MS-Office utilities.
