Job Title: Die Parts Development Engineer

Job Location: Gujarat / Kharkhoda / Manesar / Gurgaon

Required Qualification: Diploma in Tool & Die / Mechanical Engineering

Required Experience: 3.9 - 9 Years

Job Responsibilities:

.Development and inspection of die parts from suppliers, as per engineering drawings and specifications.

.Study drawings, specifications, and manufacturing process requirements to ensure manufacturability.

.Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams to finalize die part specifications.

.Release RFQs, estimate costs as per process and negotiate with suppliers

.Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for die parts manufacturing.

.Conduct supplier audits and performance ratings.

.Coordinate with suppliers for manufacturing plans, schedules, and capacity alignment.

.Track part development milestones and ensure ontime delivery.

.Support supplier technical upgradation, capability development and localization initiatives.

Competencies/Skills:

.Basic knowledge in Press die, Injection molds, and Die casting dies manufacturing processes.

.Experience and Skills in cost estimation and negotiation.

.Knowledge of manufacturing process, inspection process and quality requirements.

.Skills in Design and drawing reading & Knowledge GD&T, Fits and Tolerances.

.Knowledge of die materials and heat treatment

.Knowledge in defects analysis and countermeasures

.Good analytical skills

.Very good problem-solving skills

.Basic knowledge of CNC milling and fitting activities.

.Basic knowledge of design software - UG NX.

.Effective verbal and written communication skill.
