We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Dialysis Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Administer dialysis treatment to patients with renal failure.
- Monitor patients during dialysis to assess their condition and response to treatment.
- Maintain and operate dialysis machines and equipment according to safety protocols.
- Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and care.
- Document patient information and treatment plans accurately in medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Address and manage complications that may arise during dialysis sessions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license in India.
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Certification in nephrology or dialysis nursing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of renal physiology and dialysis principles.
- Proficient in operating dialysis machines and related medical equipment.
- Excellent patient assessment and monitoring skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and families.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
