Shift: 8:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (US Market Focus)

CTC Up to 15 LPA (Fixed) + High Performance Incentive

Next Step HR is hiring for a leading international luxury natural diamond manufacturer and exporter catering to premium B2B and HNI clients across the US and global markets. The company works with certified natural diamonds and serves wholesalers, retailers, and high-value private clients worldwide. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on diamond trading and international client management experience

About the Role : The International Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding business in the US market through relationship-driven selling, digital presentations, and structured deal closures. This is a front-end revenue role requiring deep product knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and high professional

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with US-based wholesalers, retailers, and HNI clients
  • Drive B2B and B2C sales of certified natural diamonds
  • Present diamond portfolios via video, certificates, and digital tools
  • Share grading reports, videos, specs, and inventory details
  • Support clients on internal platforms and RAPnet
  • Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Maintain structured follow-ups and pipeline tracking
  • Handle professional communication via email, WhatsApp, and calls
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery

Candidate Profile (Mandatory)

  • 3+ years of experience in natural diamond sales / trading
  • Prior exposure to US or international markets
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Diamond grading (4Cs)
  • Certification (GIA / IGI / HRD)
  • Pricing and market trends
  • Hands-on experience with RAPnet or similar trading platforms
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Proven track record in B2B/B2C diamond sales
  • Comfortable working in night shifts

Preferred Background

  • Experience with diamond manufacturers, exporters, or trading houses
  • Exposure to US / Europe / Middle East buyers
  • Experience in digital selling (video calls, online inventory, virtual presentations)
  • Existing international client relationships
