Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Diamond Jewelry Sales professional, located in the Pune Division. The role entails engaging with customers to provide tailored sales consultations, building strong client relationships, and promoting jewelry offerings. Responsibilities include demonstrating product knowledge of diamond and fashion jewelry, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining excellent customer service, and assisting in training sessions when necessary. The candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a great shopping experience for customers and contributing to sales targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry
• Strong Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively
• Experience in Polishing and maintaining jewelry quality standards is a plus
• Ability to participate in or lead Training sessions for team members
• Excellent communication skills and sales acumen
• Understanding of diamond types, including LGD, CVD, and Natural Diamonds
• Proficiency in retail or wholesale sales, preferably in the jewelry industry
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in jewelry sales, design, or a related field
