Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across departments.
- Manage and motivate the clinical and administrative team to achieve high service standards.
- Monitor clinic performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
- Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with medical staff and support them in delivering exceptional patient care.
- Maintain client relationships and handle queries to foster patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proven experience in Ozontel dialler/LSQ CRM
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Proficient in clinic management software
- Customer focus and problem-solving abilities
- Preferred
- Experience with dermatology or aesthetic clinics
- Training in healthcare administration or management
