Role Description

We are hiring an experienced Dialer Manager for Banking & NBFC Collection Operations.

Location: Pune / Mumbai

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Collection Dialer Management.

- Hands-on experience on Sampark Dialer and DialShree Dialer.

- Experience in managing Banking & NBFC default collection campaigns.

- Knowledge of campaign creation, data allocation, dialer optimization, and MIS reporting.

- Strong understanding of collection KPIs and call center operations.

- Good Excel and reporting skills.

Preferred Industry:

Collection Agency / BPO / Call Center / Banking / NBFC
