Dialer Engineer / Dialer Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
The Dialer Engineer is responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining, and optimizing automated dialing platforms and telephony infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring smooth inbound and outbound communication operations through predictive, progressive, and preview dialers while maintaining high system availability and call quality.

Predictive, Progressive and Preview Dialing, List Scrubbing, Lead Recycling, Concurrent Call Management, CPS Optimization, IVR Design, SIP Trunk Management, CRM Integration, Linux Administration, SQL, API Integrations, Telephony Monitoring.
Qualifications :
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience : Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience handling enterprise dialer platforms and telephony systems.
Salary: 18 to 25k per month
Others :
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Knowledge of VoIP, SIP protocols, networking concepts, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
