Diagnostics Engineer

This role involves developing and implementing diagnostic solutions for complex systems, focusing on identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and test diagnostic software and hardware for various systems and components.
* Analyze system failures and anomalies to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate diagnostic capabilities into product development cycles.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including diagnostic procedures, test plans, and fault trees.
* Support field service engineers and customers with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
* Conduct performance analysis of diagnostic tools and processes, recommending and implementing improvements.
* Participate in design reviews to ensure diagnostic considerations are incorporated early in the development process.
* Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in diagnostics and fault isolation.

Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
* 3+ years of experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting, or system integration.
* Strong understanding of embedded systems, software development, and hardware interfaces.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or MATLAB.
* Experience with diagnostic tools, test equipment, and data analysis techniques.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder interaction.
