The role involves providing comprehensive diabetes care, developing treatment plans, and improving patient health outcomes through evidence-based practices.
Role & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage patients with various types of diabetes and related endocrinological conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress regularly.
- Educate patients on diabetes management, lifestyle changes, and medication adherence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient histories and treatments.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in diabetes care and endocrinology to enhance patient treatment protocols.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have: MD or DNB in Endocrinology, extensive knowledge of diabetes management and endocrinology protocols, proficiency in clinical diagnostics, patient care, and medication management.
- Preferred: Experience in a clinical setting with chronic disease management, familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), and good communication skills for patient education.
