| KRA1 | Mechanical & Civil Maintenance Ensure maximum availability of plant and machinery s for trouble free operation of the plant. | - Review preventive & predictive maintenance schedule. - Monitor MTBF/ MTTR of all critical equipment s for improvement. - To insure the compliance of planned shutdown maintenance of equipment - To ensure the activities done to comply Preventive and Predictive Maintenance. - To ensure the compliance of all non conformances observed through the various sources and plan for the Corrective and Preventive actions. - Maintain equipment history and to review the nature of abnormalities. - Ensure effective painting of Plant and equipment s to life and house keeping. |
| KRA2 | Continual Improvement Continuous up-gradation of Mechanical systems for their efficient and uninterrupted operation. | - Work out all technical and commercial aspects of modification and proposed benefits expected out of it and submit for approval of Sr. Management. - Planning complete Project works and identification of critical and floating activities. Mobilization of resources. - Review & monitoring of work progress. - Resulting completion of job within time fame & budget. |
| KRA3 | Spare parts Management Ensure availability of spares for trouble free operation of plant. | - Identify Critical spares - Review consumption of spare on monthly basis -Plan and monitor procurement action for all spares and other materials. -Co-ordination with Purchase & store dept. to optimize inventory level. |
| KRA4 | System Management Plan standardization of Maintenance Management System and ensure its compliance to achieve reliable maintenance | Ensure implementation of ISO/TS 16949, ISO 50001, SA 8000, ISO :14001, IQMM Review procedure & work instruction related to Mech. maint. as required by Systems. - Co-ordinate & Liaison with internal & external Auditors. - Ensure compliance of legal & statutory requirments. |
| KRA5 | People Development Motivate and ensure development of teams through various HR initiatives to raise competency level. | - Encourage dept. employees for participation in QC, KSS, Dept. meeting & Communication meet.. - Clear job description and delegation -Monitor performance & plan for training through performance appraisal system. - Identifying training needs of sub-ordinates and imparting training. -Imparting behavioral training for people motivation and sensitization towards customer approach. |
