Position Title: Digital & Analytics Lead
Job Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai
Qualifications Required: BTech/BE/ME
Work Experience: 12 - 15 Years
Job Responsibilities:
1. Smart Manufacturing / Industry 4.0 Implementation
- Lead deployment of:
- IoT platforms - IP21
- Advanced analytics and AI/ML in manufacturing
- Automation integration (PLC/DCS/SCADA connectivity)
- Driveplant digitization(connected assets, real-time monitoring)
- Enableclosed-loop operationsthrough integration of IT & OT
2. Data & Analytics Enablement
- Establishdata architecture(data lakes, historians, integration layers)
- Ensuredata governance and standardizationacross plants
- Drivereal-time dashboards, control towers, and KPIs
- Enable advanced analytics use cases:
- Predictive maintenance
- Yield optimization
- Quality prediction
- Plant Performance & Operational Excellence
- DriveKPI improvement programs through effective utilization of SAP PM and other digital tools
- OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Throughput and yield
- Energy efficiency
- Downtime reduction
3. IT-OT Integration
- Ensure seamless integration between:
- ERP (SAP S/4HANA)
- Historian systems (IP21)
- Shop-floor systems (PLC/DCS)
- Define and implemententerprise architecture for manufacturing systems
- Enable real-time data flow from plant to enterprise systems
4. Cybersecurity & Compliance (OT Security)
- Driveindustrial cybersecuritypractices (aligned to IEC 62443, ISO)
- Ensure secure connectivity of OT systems
- Support audit compliance (ITGC, PSM-related systems)
- Manage risks related to connected manufacturing environments
5. Vendor & Ecosystem Management
- Manage relationships with:
- Technology providers (SAP, AspenTech, etc.)
- System integrators and consulting partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies and solutions
- LeadRFPs, solution selection, and contract governance
6. Change Management & Capability Building
- Drivechange adoptionacross plant teams
- Train personnel on digital tools and systems
- Build internaldigital capabilities
- Promote adata-driven cultureacross operations
7. Innovation & Emerging Technology
- Track and pilot emerging technologies:
- AI/ML, GenAI in operations
- Digital twins
- Edge computing
- autonomous operations
- Runproof-of-concepts (POCs)and scale successful solutions
- Benchmark industry best practices
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with department and functional heads across functions to align initiatives with business priorities.
