Job functions:
To lead a team of Weapons repair engineers so as to achieve the repair timeline and grow the business in the area of weapons repair.
Eligibility:
- Ex-Cdr/Lt. Cdr Indian Navy with 10/20 years experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with CAD software and other relevant technical software is beneficial
- Experience with advanced materials and techniques used in marine construction and maintenance is a plus
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
- Preference to those living in Mumbai
