Responsibilities
- Publish validated vendor forecasts in Kinaxispost‑MPP.
- Review upstream CAMA and ensure alignment with demand/supply plans.
- Review, sign off, and monitor adherence to supplier LTCs (Lead Time Commitments).
- Lead lead time (LT) and MOQ optimizationinitiatives.
- Collaborate with vendors and MPLs to drive cost reductions using EVSM.
- Contribute to COS and QVEworkshops for cost‑out and design‑to‑value activities.
- ImplementOptiflowstrategiesincluding expanded scope of:
- JIT (Just‑In‑Time)
- VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory)
- FTWZ (Free Trade Warehousing Zone)
- Conductsupplier QBRsand publish supplier delivery & performance metrics.
- Drive adoption of SupplyOn(supplier collaboration platform) across vendor base.
- Implement inventory reduction levers:
- Rebalancing,
- Resell,
- Reuse / reapplicationof materials.
- Track upstream risks and collaborate cross‑functionally for mitigation.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in upstream supply chain, vendor planning, or material flow management.
- Strong skills in vendor planning, MRP, LT management, MOQ analysis, and inventory principles.
- Experience with Kinaxis / RapidResponse, SAP, SupplyOn (preferred).
- Knowledge of lean, EVSM, JIT, VMI, and flow optimization tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and supplier‑management capabilities.
