Job Description

  • Lead fundraising strategy & team execution.
  • Run campaigns & build donor partnerships.
  • Improve donor retention using CRM tools.
  • Organize events & community drives.
  • Support volunteer fundraising.
  • Ensure reporting & compliance.
  • Assist CRMO as needed.

Required Candidate profile

  • 7+ yrs in fundraising/sales, 3+ yrs in leadership.
  • Strong in donor acquisition, CRM, and communication.
