Job Description
- Lead fundraising strategy & team execution.
- Run campaigns & build donor partnerships.
- Improve donor retention using CRM tools.
- Organize events & community drives.
- Support volunteer fundraising.
- Ensure reporting & compliance.
- Assist CRMO as needed.
Required Candidate profile
- 7+ yrs in fundraising/sales, 3+ yrs in leadership.
- Strong in donor acquisition, CRM, and communication.
