Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Regional Sales and Growth of the Diffused Business for the retail division in the Home and Distribution Business Unit.
  • Achieve the growth ambition of positioning Schneider Electric amongst the Top 3 brands in the retail segment.
  • Establish new channels of growth, specifically in Home Automation and EV.
  • Drive Geographic Expansion, expanding retail operations across India into Tier 2/3 cities.
  • Build, Train, Motivate, and Manage the Sales Team.
  • Build Sales Strategy and ensure implementation to the last mile.
  • Develop business by expanding channel and Point of Sale (POS) presence.
  • Manage the financial health of the region.
  • Carry out multiple connect programs across the year to drive sales.
  • Create, Run, and settle schemes.
  • Achieve profitability goals for the region.
  • Drive & Manage the Channels and key Influencers: Distributors, Key Retailers & Electricians.
  • Infuse the Retail DNA in the team.
  • Create pull-through POS animation and demand generation actions like electrician meets, retailer meets, and distributor meets
