Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development professional with a proven track record of sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and closing large-scale real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will independently manage end-to-end deal execution, from opportunity identification through transaction closure and execution of definitive agreements

- ntation.Strong expertise in financial modelling, investment analysis, business valuation, and project feasibility ass
- essment.Demonstrated experience in structuring and negotiating Joint Ventures (JV), Joint Development (JD), and other real estate partnership trans
- actions.Well-established network of brokers, landowners, intermediaries, and key stakeholders in the NCR real estate ecosystem, with a track record of completing multiple successful transactions over the last 3–
5 years.
