- Position:- DGM - PROJECTS
- Location:- KALABURAGI
- Salary:- LPA - UPTO 12,00,000 + BONUS
- Experience:- 10+ years of experience in handling green field or brown field projects in manufacturing industry.
- Education:- BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/relevent engineering background
Key Responsibilities:-
Should have sound understanding of project execution and project management tools.
- Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for new (Greenfield) or expansion (Brownfield) projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works.
- Finalize plot layouts, infrastructure designs, and architectural plans with consultants and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, especially in industrial setups.
- Familiarity with Greenfield/Brownfield project challenges, including space constraints, legacy infrastructure, and environmental remediation.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
