Solution Leadership

  • Lead development and deployment of advanced metering and power quality solutions aligned with market needs and emerging technologies.
  • Drive adoption of digital energy solutions across new and existing segments.

Sales & Business Development

  • Work closely with the national sales team to grow digital solution business.
  • Support key accounts with technical expertise, sales strategy, and customer engagement.
  • Deliver revenue and growth targets for digital power solutions.

Specification & Consulting Engagement

  • Engage consultants, specifiers, and system integrators to influence project specifications.
  • Provide technical presentations, solution guidance, and proposal support.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with digital switchboard, transformation, and solution teams to deliver integrated offerings.
  • Contribute to building a complete digital ecosystem for customers.

Market Intelligence

  • Track market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in metering, power quality, and IoT.
  • Convert insights into actionable strategies and solution roadmaps.

Technical Enablement

  • Conduct training for sales teams, partners, and customers on digital power solutions.
  • Support marketing initiatives to strengthen solution positioning and differentiation.

Additional Information

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in sales, business development, or solution roles within power, electrical, or automation industries.
  • Strong knowledge of LV systems, metering, power quality, and energy management platforms.
  • Experience in consultant engagement, specification selling, and digital solutions.
