We are looking for an experienced SAP CO-PC professional to drive S/4HANA Product Costing processes at Agratas. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI/CO) with deep specialization in SAP Product Costing (CO-PC), including standard and actual costing (Material Ledger), budget control (both WBS & Cost centre budgeting) overview on SAP fund Management and hands on experience in cost roll-ups, variance analysis, WIP, and settlement processes, while ensuring robust master data governance (BOM, routing, costing views) and seamless integration across SAP modules
The candidate will play a key role in managing business stakeholder relationships, leading workshops, and ensuring successful solution delivery.
Key Responsibility :
Solution Design and Implementation
- Lead the design, build, deploy and support of the SAP SCF (CO-PC) processes in SAP S/4HANA
- Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into SAP solutions and implement best in class features.
- Design and implement features related to CO-PC functions including Advance Finance Cockpit.
- Lead and delivery all cross system/application integration projects including data visualization and analysis.
SAP Support & Operations
- Manage, monitor, and mentor L1/L2 support teams, coordinating with L3/L4 teams for change requests (CRs) and resolution of complex incidents.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial and operational standards.
- Ensure timely incident resolution with strict SLA adherence, proactively working to minimize long-pending issues and enhance service reliability.
- Review operational reports to extract actionable insights, driving continuous improvements in system performance and solution effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives through adoption of advanced AI-driven agentic to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, strengthen control frameworks, and improve user experiences.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of incidents and service requests to identify root causes, implement permanent solutions, and minimize recurrence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 to 12 years of hands-on SAP experience with focus on CO-PC (SCF) processes.
- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA and Material Ledger (mandatory)
- Minimum One SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is must.
- Exposure to tools like SAP Solution Manager, SAP MDG, Fund Management or third-party reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, conduct workshops, and communicate clearly.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
