Position: DGM, IT (SAP Delivery Lead)

Location: Raigarh, Chattisgarh
Responsibilities:
SAP Application and Project Delivery
- Interfacing with Business Users, Implementation Partners, Support Service Vendors and location Heads
- Coordination and review with Module CoEs
- Handling conflicting situations with Business and Functional Heads for delivery prioritization
Enhancements prioritization
- Prioritization of the development and communication to stakeholders
- Functional review
- Interfacing with Business Users and Development Team
Planning and ensuring delivery of SAP S/4 HANA Implementations & Rollout Projects
- Project Preparation/ Planning for Business Blueprints / Implementation / Delivery
- Planning and initiating Kick-off meetings/ Steering Committee meetings / Project pre and post Go-Live meeting
Resource Management & Development
- Determine Resource requirements for delivering the projects
- Resource Allocation / Acquired resource from external sources
- Team Evaluation and resource development planning
Qualifications/ Skills:
- B. Tech or C is required. MBA is an added plus
- 12 to 15+ years of experience including 6-7 years in SAP S/4 HANA
- At least 3+ years of management experience in SAP S/4 HANA Delivery Management.
- At least 3+ years of management experience in SAP Operations and Application / Service Delivery
- Good functional Knowledge on SAP FICO/ SD/ MM/ /PM /PP / QM modules
- Technical Knowhow on ABAP and Fiori
- Management knowledge of SAP team and Implementation Partners.
- SAP Audit.
- Experience in Steel & Power / Mining / Large Manufacturing
- Tools such SAP S/4 HANA v2020, GRC, SAP S/4 HANA on RISE
- SAP Certification in any of FICO/SD/MM is an added advantage
