The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing international business sales & operations for Middle East market, focusing on tender handling, B2B sales, and distributor network expansion. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's international landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
International Business Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to expand the company's international presence in Middle East market.
- Assess market potential, and formulate market entry strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
Tender Handling:
- Manage the end-to-end process of tender submissions, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare high-quality tender documents, including pricing, technical specifications, and regulatory compliance.
B2B Sales:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing international clients, including pharmaceutical wholesalers, distributors, and governmental agencies.
- Drive sales growth through proactive client engagement, negotiation, and contract renewals.
- Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company's product portfolio and market reach.
Distributor Management:
