Purpose :To look into the overall development and improvement of a system for the Exports department, generating sales, marketing and establishing the brand name in International markets primarily GCC markets and other countries.
Experience : 8-14 yrs in FMCG industry only and having exposure of International Sales and Business Development only.Exposure of GCC countries and African Markets would be great but exposure in other countries is also an added advantage.

Responsibilities
- Manage P&L for the exports division, ensuring profitability goals are met.
- Lead the development and execution of the export business strategy to drive market expansion and growth.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and channels to expand the export footprint.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and export partners.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product sourcing, shipping, and delivery to international markets.
- Build the Organization Brand and Visibility in external markets and International Value Proposition for the Organization.
- Development of International business for fruit beverage,packaged drinking water, and pre-forms in existing and new markets
- Responsible for introducing new product in export markets
- Responsible for Packaging development & Brand development in the International market
- Participation in International exhibitions and market promotion schemes
- In-depth knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and international trade processes.
