Job Description

  • Lead and manage the design studio operations, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic ideas into creative concepts and brand narratives.
  • Lead end-to-end visual design and brand identity development across multiple premium brands.
  • Drive integrated marketing communication (IMC) including digital, social media, and print assets.
  • Manage and execute high-profile events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns.
  • Develop compelling presentations, prototypes, and creative assets aligned to leadership vision.
  • Oversee vendor management, timelines, and execution quality to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure commercial readiness and consistent brand communication.
  • Bring strong design thinking, storytelling, and stakeholder management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

A Successful DGM/GM - Design Studio Should Have

  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, Communication Design, Strategic Marketing, or a related field from NID or MICA.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of robust experience in a blended creative + event management role, preferably with experience supporting leadership/executive offices or handling premium lifestyle/healthcare brands.
  • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools. Skill in video editing or motion graphics is highly valued.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional maturity, emotional intelligence, and polished communication skills necessary to interact seamlessly with executive leadership and external dignitaries.
  • Execution Mindset: A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses impeccable attention to detail, and maintains absolute confidentiality.
