Job Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive fund-raising strategy aligned with the company's financial goals.
Needs to be actively working with NBFCs, PSU Banks, Investment houses etc.
Identify and establish relationships with potential investors and funding sources within the FMCG sector.
Prepare and present detailed investment proposals and business cases to stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on financial and strategic objectives.
Negotiate terms and agreements with investors to secure funding opportunities.
Monitor and report on the progress of fund-raising activities to senior management.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to fund-raising activities.
Stay updated on market trends and opportunities within the Food - FMCG industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful DGM - Fund Raise should have:

CA with 10+ years of experience. (Mandatory)
Proven expertise in fund-raising strategies and financial management.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the FMCG industry.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
