We are seeking DGM - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead enterprise-wide
financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics for a fast-growing WealthTech
fintech. This role will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing data-driven
insights, building scalable financial frameworks, and enabling informed decision-making to
support rapid growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range
business planning processes.
- Partner closely with leadership, business, product, and growth teams to provide
strategic insights and decision support.
- Design and track KPIs, MIS, dashboards, and variance analysis to monitor business
performance and unit economics.
- Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity analyses to
support growth, pricing, and investment decisions.
- Analyze revenue drivers, cost structures, and margins, driving performance
improvement initiatives across functions.
- Establish scalable FP&A processes, planning calendars, and reporting frameworks as
the business grows.
- Work closely with finance controllership teams to ensure alignment between planning,
actuals, and reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team, fostering a high-performance and
ownership-driven culture.
- Experience in managing investor relations, including ownership of the investor cell,
preparation of investor updates, and active involvement in fundraising initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in fundraising processes and legal & financial due diligence,
with the ability to coordinate with legal, compliance, and external advisors during
equity or debt raises.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory.
- 710 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A / financial planning / analytics
roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and
performance analysis.
- Solid understanding of unit economics, SaaS / fintech metrics, and growth-stage
business models.
- Prior experience in Fintech, WealthTech, NBFC, BFSI, SaaS, or high-growth
startups preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert complex data into clear business
insights.
- High comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with senior
stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
