Engagement Delivery Lead – GenAI Programs
Role Overview
The Engagement Delivery Lead is accountable for the successful delivery and governance of multiple Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives across a client engagement. This role combines
program delivery leadership with
PMO oversight, ensuring predictability, transparency, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business value from GenAI investments.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Program Leadership
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent GenAI projects
- Drive integrated planning across discovery, build, pilot, rollout, and scale phases
- Ensure delivery commitments on scope, schedule, quality, and budget
PMO & Governance
- Establish and run engagement‑level PMO governance for all GenAI initiatives
- Track milestones, RAID, dependencies, and delivery KPIs
- Lead executive reviews, steering committees, and status reporting
- Manage scope control, change management, and escalations
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary delivery and governance interface for senior client stakeholders
- Translate business priorities into executable GenAI roadmaps
- Provide proactive communication on progress, risks, and outcomes
Resource & Financial Management
- Manage resource planning and capacity across multiple GenAI projects
- Align resource load with detailed activity plans
- Track effort, cost, burn rate, and forecasts to protect delivery and margins
GenAI Oversight
- Provide delivery oversight for GenAI use cases (e.g., copilots, chatbots, automation)
- Ensure adherence to architecture, security, data privacy, and Responsible AI standards
- Coordinate across data, cloud, platform, and MLOps teams
Value Realization
- Track adoption, productivity gains, and business KPIs
- Identify opportunities for scaling, reuse, and roadmap expansion
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of digital delivery experience
- 3–5+ years managing large engagements or multiple parallel projects
- Proven experience delivering AI / GenAI / analytics programs
- Strong PMO, governance, and client‑facing leadership skills
- Working knowledge of GenAI concepts (LLMs, RAG, cloud AI platforms)
