Job Opening: DGM / GM EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)

Position: Deputy General Manager / General Manager EHS

Job Location: Regional Office, Bangalore

Salary Range:26 32 LPA

Experience Required:1820+ years

Contract Type: Permanent / Long Term

Qualification & Experience

Education:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical preferred)
• Mandatory Safety Qualification: DIS / NEBOSH / IOSH / Equivalent

Experience:

• 1820+ years of EHS experience in the construction industry
• Minimum 5+ years in leadership role handling EHS for contractor companies
• Strong exposure to high-rise commercial building projects
• Experience managing multi-site EHS operations
• Expertise in statutory compliance and internal / external audits

Job Purpose

To lead, develop, and implement the organization's EHS strategy across all construction projects, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements, client standards, and company policies. The role focuses on building a zero-incident safety culture, environmental stewardship, risk control, training of EHS teams, and successful conduct of audits.
