. Prior experience in logistics sector would be an added advantage
. working with a reputed law firm and/or a large, diversified company with 10+ years of experience in commercial contracts.
. Experience with legal workflow tools or contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
. Exposure to drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
. Familiarity with compliance software and reporting tools.
. Experience in preparing monthly team MIS reports.
. Sectoral experience in Rail, Ports and Terminal, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or manufacturing industries is a distinct advantage.
