Job Description

  • Manage the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
  • Oversee reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce outstanding dues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data reporting.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status for management review.
  • Handle escalations related to accounts receivable and provide solutions.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful DGM Accounts Receivable should have:

  • MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CA
  • 6-10 years of professional experience , minimum 3 years in real estate industry (Mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and financial reporting.
  • Experience in the property or real estate development industry. (Mandatory)
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A proactive approach to managing deadlines and priorities.
