Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Buldhana for a DGCA-certified Drone Instructor at Confly Dynamics Private Limited. The instructor will be responsible for supervising and providing high-quality training to aspiring drone pilots, ensuring alignment with DGCA regulations. Responsibilities include conducting hands-on flight training, developing training modules, ensuring students understanding of safety and operational guidelines, and staying up-to-date with advancements in drone technology. Collaboration with the research and development team may also be required.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Drone Piloting and experience with operating UAVs
• DGCA certification as a drone instructor
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site
• Passion for drone technology and educating future pilots
