DFT Engineer

Looking for candidates DFT Engineers with SSN insertion expertise, with the experience range of 8–10 years. Mode of work : WFO (5 days)

1. Tessent based SSN insertion at block or Top level
2. SSN validation
3. Tessent MBIST insertion
4. Responsible for Implementing and integrating scan insertion, scan compression, MBIST, OCC and boundary scan at gate/RTL level.
