Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled DevSecOps/SRE Developer with institutional banking experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development and systems engineering, with a focus on security, reliability, and performance. Experience in cloud deployment and CI/CD practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Change Management: Represent the team on the change board and conduct reviews and challenges on project teams to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with aligned architecture, change, and development teams to ensure that project goals are met.
• Requirements Analysis: Analyze and prioritize requirements for deliveries, ensuring that both functional and non-functional aspects are considered.
• Non-Functional Focus: Emphasize non-functional aspects such as security, reliability, performance, maintainability, scalability, and usability in all deliverables.
• Service Level Management: Ensure that platforms meet service level objectives in addition to business requirements.

Technical Skills:

• Programming Languages: Proficient in Java and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• CI/CD Tools: Deep knowledge of enterprise build and CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions, Octopus, Artifactory, and Jenkins.
• Test Automation: Good knowledge of test automation best practices and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
• Systems Engineering: Understanding of systems engineering fundamentals and best practices.

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in a developer role, preferably in institutional banking environments, either in support or enterprise development.
• Experience working closely with vendors and driving enterprise integration patterns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in DevOps, AWS, or Azure are a plus.
