DevSecOps Engineer

We are seeking a talented DevSecOps Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining of CI/CD pipelines, maintaining AWS infrastructure, and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.

Responsibilities

• CI/CD Automation: Manage and oversee continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Security and Compliance:
• Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems
• Ensure compliance with maritime industry regulations and IT standards
• Help in meeting ISO 27001, GDPR and SOC 2 certification requirements
• Vendor and Budget Management:
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers
• Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Monitoring and Optimization: Implement monitoring solutions and optimize system performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

• Skills: Proficient in AWS, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub), infrastructure as code (Terraform). Conversant to standards like ISO 27001, GDPR and SOC 2 certification requirements.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of security best practices compliance standards.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Additional: Experience with MSSQL server administration (DBA) is a plus.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in Dev / Sec Ops role. Prior experience in IT infrastructure management is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
