We're looking for a hands-on DevSecOps Engineer who loves building secure, scalable, and automated cloud environments that support enterprise-grade workloads.

Role Overview

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the deployment, security, and reliability of our microservices-based infrastructure on AWS. You'll work closely with developers, SREs, and security teams to automate pipelines, enforce security best practices, and ensure our Kubernetes-based workloads are efficient and compliant. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and automation scripting in Python and Shell.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, etc.).

• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Write and maintain Helm charts for service deployments and configuration management.

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions).

• Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

• Automate operational tasks using Python and Shell scripting.

• Integrate security scans, compliance checks, and secret management into CI/CD workflows.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues using Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.

• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure DevSecOps best practices are followed across environments.

• Participate in incident response and postmortem reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in DevOps / SRE / DevSecOps roles.

• Strong knowledge of AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting (mandatory).

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.

• Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Good understanding of cloud security principles, IAM policies, and secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager, Vault, etc.).

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in distributed environments.

• Experience working in Agile and microservices-driven environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to FinTech, SaaS, or high-availability production systems.

• Familiarity with WAF, GuardDuty, Security Hub, or similar AWS security services.

• Understanding of Kubernetes network policies, pod security contexts, and image scanning

. • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or ELK stack for observability.

• Certification in AWS, Kubernetes, or Security is a plus.
