Senior DevSecOps Engineer CI/CD & GitOps
Location - Gurugram (On-site)
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and secure CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Implement and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and Kustomize overlays.
- Automate daily security scans and integrate results into dashboards.
- Develop and maintain Grafana dashboards for deployment and security metrics.
- Support release validation and pipeline troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with Swiss team on tooling evolution and compliance.
Profile
- 3+ years in DevSecOps with focus on CI/CD, GitOps, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, Kustomize, Grafana.
- Proficient in scripting (Bash/Python) and YAML/JSON configuration.
- Understanding of security scanning tools and integration into pipelines.
- Experience with Kubernetes deployment patterns and digest validation.
- Must have prior experience as a software developer strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, code reviews, and application build lifecycles.
