We are actively looking for a Technical Delivery Manager.

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Leader who understands that modern infrastructure is code. As a Delivery Manager in our practice, you will lead high-impact engineering teams across various project streams, from large-scale migrations to complex automation builds. You are the bridge between client business goals and engineering reality. You are expected to lead by example: translating complex cloud architectures into executable roadmaps while maintaining the technical expertise to roll up your sleeves and troubleshoot alongside your team when needed.
1. High-Velocity Technical Delivery
- Orchestrate multiple concurrent workstreams across AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring infrastructure is delivered via Terraform and configured via Ansible.
- Drive the adoption of Pipeline as Code using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions to ensure repeatable, high-quality releases.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point, providing hands-on guidance to resolve complex delivery hurdles in Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE) environments.
2. Strategic Client Partnership
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients through their digital transformation journey from legacy setups to modernized, containerized environments.
- Manage expectations by communicating technical risk in business terms. You provide clear mitigation plans rather than just status updates.
3. Engineering Leadership & Talent Orchestration
- Directly manage a core group of DevOps engineers while matrix-managing talent across the practice.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement, where team members are encouraged to automate repetitive tasks and share knowledge.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers, helping them map their career growth within the Cloud and DevOps domains.
- Simplify complex technical requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the engineering team.
4. Governance & Automation-First Mindset
- Ensure every project stream adheres to an Automation-First policyif a task is performed more than once, it must be scripted or automated.
- Standardize delivery patterns across project streams to ensure consistency in how we build and secure Cloud environments.
Requirements
Technical
- Multi-Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Advanced knowledge of Terraform.
- Configuration Management: Hands-on experience with Ansible.
- CI/CD Platforms: Proven track record with Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Containerization: Deep understanding of Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE).
- Coding & Scripting: Proficiency in Python for automation, along with Bash and YAML.
Leadership
- Bias for Action: In a migration crunch or a critical deployment, you move fast and iterate.
- Ownership: You own the interface between infrastructure and code. You don't pass the buck; you find the solution.
- Earn Trust: You speak the language of the engineer and the executive with equal fluency.
- Dive Deep: You stay connected to the details. No task is beneath you if it's critical to successful delivery.
