Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end infrastructure (Non-Prod Prod)
Manage and operate self-managed databases
Codify infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
Design for reliability, scalability, observability, and cost optimization
Perform database migrations from scratch
Ensure uptime above 99.99%
Automate development and release processes
Drive DevOps best practices across teams
Collaborate with developers to improve system architecture
(For Lead Role) Manage and mentor a team of 34 engineers
