Job Description

Company Description

Zoos Global is a leading DevOps and Security SaaS partner, driving enterprise-scale transformations for 100+ digital native companies and large institutions across India and US.

We work with the world's top platforms like Datadog, Upwind Security, Pagerduty and Crowdstrike to deliver high-impact outcomes across observability, security, and modern infrastructure.

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a DevOps & Security Architect based in Noida. You will design and implement end-to-end cloud infrastructure, observability, and security architectures for enterprise clients, working with leading platforms like Datadog and modern cloud security solutions.

You will work directly with engineering, DevOps, and security teams at high-growth startups and large enterprises to build scalable, secure, and production-grade systems. This role goes beyond traditional DevOps — you will be responsible for integrating security into every layer of the stack (DevSecOps), from infrastructure design to runtime protection.

Your responsibilities will include building advanced observability systems (APM, logs, metrics, tracing), implementing cloud security best practices (IAM, workload security, posture management), and driving architecture decisions across AWS/GCP/Azure environments. You will lead solution design conversations, own delivery end-to-end, and act as a trusted advisor to clients on both reliability and security.

You will also create reusable frameworks across monitoring, CI/CD, and security automation, enabling faster and more consistent deployments across multiple customer environments. This role requires strong problem-solving ability, deep technical ownership, and the confidence to operate in high-stakes production environments.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Cloud Engineering, with increasing ownership of architecture and production systems
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi) and infrastructure automation
  • Deep experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic — including APM, logs, metrics, and alerting design
  • Solid understanding of cloud security fundamentals — IAM, network security, secrets management, container security, and cloud posture management (CSPM)
  • Experience implementing or working with DevSecOps practices — integrating security into CI/CD pipelines, vulnerability management, and runtime monitoring
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.) and modern deployment strategies
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including designing scalable and secure architectures
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and production issues across microservices environments
  • Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders — able to translate business needs into technical architecture
  • Strong ownership mindset — comfortable leading projects end-to-end and making critical architecture decisions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
