Automation Testing – Software Engineer III
Join Deloitte's Enterprise Performance practice as a Senior Engineer II, Omniverse, where you will support the design and delivery of digital twin solutions for manufacturing and industrial environments. In this role, you will contribute to platform configuration, simulation enablement, 3D data integration, and scalable solution development using Omniverse and adjacent technologies. You will work with cross-functional teams to help translate industrial and manufacturing requirements into practical technical solutions that improve visualization, simulation, and operational decision-making.
Level: Senior Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, Software Engineering on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for supporting automation testing activities to help deliver quality and reliable software applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Review business requirements and technical specifications to create test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Execute automated and manual tests to validate application functionality and document test results.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and collaborate with development teams to support issue resolution.
- Support test planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement activities, including integration of automated tests into continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

We support Deloitte client service teams of strategic advisors and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to help collaborate with leading insights providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable the heart of business solutions.
The Enterprise Performance team leverages deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and practical approaches to address clients toughest business challenges. Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 6-9 years of automation testing experience using Selenium WebDriver
- Experience programming or scripting in Java, Python, or C#
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Experience creating test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Technology, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Experience executing both automated and manual testing
- Experience managing test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting activities
- Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
- Experience preparing test reports and documenting test outcomes for stakeholders
