DevOps Platform Engineer ( IT )

We're looking for a DevOps Platform Engineer with expertise in building and managing scalable, secure, and reliable IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud platforms and a proven track record of implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code. This role is a great fit for a collaborative professional who is passionate about automating processes and improving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD & Automation: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. You will also develop automated testing frameworks to ensure the high-quality delivery of code.
• Infrastructure Management: Implement and manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform. You will be responsible for deploying and managing services on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, and for troubleshooting complex issues related to infrastructure deployment.
• Cloud & Containerization: Leverage your experience with Docker and Kubernetes to manage containerized applications. You'll work with key networking concepts (VPC, VPN, Load Balancers) and manage databases, including scaling, replication, and backups.
• Collaboration & Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements using Agile methodologies. You'll also use monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana to ensure system health and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in any specialization is required.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible).
• Personal Attributes: The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and a strong understanding of DevOps practices and culture. You should be proactive in automating infrastructure and implementing high-availability and disaster recovery strategies.
